About E3 Projects
E3 Projects is a management and advisory consultancy servicing the Australian property sector. Our clients include, building owners, property managers, developers and government agencies. We have extensive experience in CAPEX project management and can act as the superintendent for the management and delivery of both small and large capital projects.
We have a strong commitment to health, safety and the environment. We believe all people have a fundamental right to a safe workplace and believe that we should continuously refine our operations to minimise harm to the planet.
Efficient
Efficiency is acting effectively with minimum waste and expense. We see this as “Doing it right by operating in the best possible manner with the least waste of time and effort”.
Effective
Effectiveness is the degree to which objectives are achieved. We see this as “Doing the right thing by striving to maximise output and for the same, if not less, inputs”.
Ethical
Ethics are standards of decent human conduct that prescribe how we should behave. We see this as “Acting the right way by respecting the health, safety and wellbeing of others, the law of land, and the natural environment”.
Core Values
Efficient, Effective & Ethical
Core values define how we do things, how we treat others, and how we expect to be treated. The core values of E3 Projects are Efficiency, Effectiveness and Ethics.
When deciding on a company name, we searched for a word or phrase that would reflect our core values of Efficiency, Effectiveness and Ethics. No suitable word or phrase was found and eventually, we placed these three E’s together forming EEE. Our technical practitioners saw this as E-cubed or E3 which can also be expressed as E3. The decision was made to use E3 as the word or phrase that represented our core values and E3 Projects was born.
